Default Bummed out about MAD I created.

Hey, long time member here. Just want to share a story about an AMV MAD video I made...

I created this MAD at the end of December 2014, I spent a lot of time going through episodes, editing out clips, merging the trailer for Super Grand Battle X and the actual intro to get the best quality footage, and compiled it all together to create a music video for Hiroshi Kitadani's song 'Beyond the Borderline.'

Fast-forward a month later, a guy named Jomar Fransico (https://www.youtube.com/user/jomarfrancisco1) (https://plus.google.com/107417691247802030111/posts) left a comment on my video saying 'can I use this video? I'll make another Opening MAD I'll give you due credits... will you?' I replied and said 'sure!'

Shortly after, around a week, he uploaded this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1IA5E30dMI . I watched it, I enjoyed it, but the whole thing doesn't have anything original, all my clips edited from Dressrosa were used and the only things he added was an image of Sabo, Japanese credits ontop to make it look authentic and some footage from We Go. No-where has given me any credit for my editing, I've messaged him, no response. I've left comments and replied to people, he has deleted my responses so that now users think people are talking to themselves. He created an 'original' opening do you not think he should respect other fan work? Last time I checked he edited the description to include all the trademark material, he continues to ignore me. I'm not sure why he would do that, is he worried that I will ruin his credibility? Does he have any respect?

It's a pain in the ass and yes the footage is originally taken from a game intro, trailer, episodes, yes, but that's not the issue. I know I don't own any of the original footage, the thing is, I don't have any problem with him using the footage but you think he would show a little respect. All it takes is a simple link or a thanks at the top of the description, is that too much to ask? Wouldn't you want the same if someone lifted all of your work?
