Retrospectively speaking, I think the 4kids dub was probably my favorite version of the anime, just because it never took itself too seriously. Now I'm looking for Mr. 3's stand up routine, but can't find it.

I agree with this man. I don't even know who 4kids are, and think OP needs to stop hallucinating. This... "4kids" you speak of sounds like an evil abomination that should never see the light of day.
