Voted Hiruluk because he doesn`t deserve this gap. Also because he still is the best flashback mentor and I recently rewatched the Drum Arc and cried. Yep, thats about it.

Considering Chopper fell in the preliminaries, I'm going to go for Hiruluk. Worst case scenario, if he loses, Dr. Kureha can still carry on in behalf of the Sakura Kingdom.
