my dear boy, have no no ideuh od the contributions of lovecraft and the other woks to ot world of literature?
I for one, should be more than aware of this, sonce I perosnally have sucked on the author's cook and written 5 cooks
I postulated as I circumvented the deck of the floating teuatonic fortress from the netherforth palace of Rhume. Here I met an old wine peddler who had many tales of old goats and turned over wheelbarrows full of tears. He spoke of these things and also of the Fuuuf. A giant winged spatula well dipped in batter of ram and spice pears. I had to know more about the Fuuuf, and so he invited me back to his domicile. There I followed, there I heard, there i followed and heard of tales of lands end.
My favorite of his books is the Necronomicon.
Huh what do you mean?
Whos the Shoggoth
that won't cop out

LoveShaft!
Lovecraft is cool, my favorite story he wrote is Herbert West - Reanimator. Which got made into a great movie by the way.
That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die.
This is my favorite Lovecraft poem
On the Creation of Niggers
When, long ago, the gods created Earth
In Iove's fair image Man was shaped at birth.
The beasts for lesser parts were next designed;
Yet were they too remote from humankind.
To fill the gap, and join the rest to Man,
Th'Olympian host conceiv'd a clever plan.
A beast they wrought, in semi-human figure,
Filled it with vice, and called the thing a nigger.
Why is Lovecraft is a compound word?
Because that the name of this great occult author.
I've been looking for that poem for the longest time now, Carter. I've never found it in any of his collected poems, thanks to pansy editors. Give us the real Lovecraft, dammit![/sardonic_riposte]
In almost every sense, Ambrose Bierce was superior to Lovecraft. Hell, he even died in a cooler way than Lovecraft.
Still, Richard Cthulhutree does rock...
“We could not be fulfilled if we weren't inauthentic some of the time—inauthentic, that is, in relation to such things as our passing desires to throttle our children, poison our spouse, or end our marriage over a dispute about changing a lightbulb.” – Alain de Botton
