Hello Mokenda,
Sinuses are a big problem, mine always cause me trouble when I'm flying. And given the amount of travel I do, it's not the best situation to be in at all.
You should really get a doctor to look at your sinuses. And inhale warm vapours. That helps with nasal congestion.
