I am still new here... Its been 2 months since I joined but I am still not able to post any thread anywhere.. is there some reason behind it???

I have a question on the thread titles, whom do I need to contact to change one?
I want to change the 2018 Weather threat I started to 2018 Weather and Natural Disaster.
I've sent PMs to a few people but only response I've gotten was Robby who said I needed to contact someone with purple and ?think it was green? stars, yellows don't have the ability to change the titles of threads.

Yes, although a green star would be for sure.

Pretty late but I just saw your response, I figured since you were a moderator of the forum it was you, do I need to message a 4-star like robby?

Hey Satsuki I was wondering if, since we seem to be in the reveriearc , you could replace the WCI thread with the reverie thread as the stickied thread in your section?
